What each one is

Booty class

Lower-body strength and glute work, twice a week — Monday afternoon and Thursday morning, so it is reachable whether you train early or late.

Cardio boxing

Conditioning on the bag and pads. Tuesday evening and Friday morning. No experience needed and no need to bring your own gloves.

Kundalini yoga

Wednesday evening and Sunday morning, in the studio across the timber bridge over the pool. Breath and movement rather than a power-flow session.

Morning run reset

Sunday at 6 AM, out through Kemenuh before the heat. Meets at the entrance. Come back and use the sauna and snow room afterwards — both are included.

Booking

Recommended, not required. If a class is full it is a courtesy to have told us, but you can turn up. Message us on Instagram to hold a place, or ask at the desk when you arrive.

Cost

Classes are included with any pass — there is no per-class fee. A day pass at IDR 250,000 covers the class, the gym and the whole recovery block for that day. Full pricing is on the passes page.
