Prices are in Indonesian rupiah. Cash and bank transfer are both accepted at the desk.
What every pass includes
All of it. The gym floor, the free weights, the machine hall, the sauna, the snow room, the cold plunge, the jacuzzi, the pool and any class on that day's schedule. A towel and water are included too. There is no separate spa charge, no class fee and no equipment surcharge.
The only thing quoted separately is personal training. Rates for that are given at the front desk.
No membership required
You do not need to join anything to train here. Walk in on any day, pay for a day pass at the desk and use the site. Booking is not required. If you are in Ubud for a few days the three-day pass works out at IDR 217,000 a day, and the weekly pass is the better rate from about five days onward.
Children
Children aged 7 to 15 come in on a reduced day pass of IDR 150,000.
Classes are included
Every class on the weekly schedule is covered by whatever pass you are on — booty class, cardio boxing, kundalini yoga and the Sunday morning run. Booking is recommended but not required. The full timetable is on the classes page.
