Five things, a few steps apart
Most places in Bali give you one or two of these and put them somewhere else on the property. At Ayenda the sauna, the snow room, the cold plunge, the jacuzzi and the pool are all within a few metres — and a few metres from the weights. That proximity is the point: contrast work only happens if moving between hot and cold is easy.
Snow room
Real snow on the floor, held below zero. This is not a chilled shower or a cold room with a cold name — you walk in on snow. As far as we know it is the only one of its kind in Bali.
Cold plunge and ice bath
The plunge is in the same room as the snow, so you go from the air straight into the water without walking across a courtyard first. If you have been looking for an ice bath near Ubud, this is that, with the sauna a few steps away for contrast rounds.

Sauna
Dry heat, timber-lined, with salt-lit trim and a star ceiling — and deliberately placed right next to the cold, so a heat-then-cold cycle is a few paces rather than a hike.
Jacuzzi
Jetted warm water, set into the lawn beside the pool. Open air, under the palms.
Pool
Open water under the trees, with a timber bridge across it to the yoga and pilates studios.

All of it is included
None of the recovery facilities are charged separately. A day pass at IDR 250,000 covers all five, plus the gym and any class running that day. There is no separate spa fee and no recovery-only rate — see the passes page for the full list.
