This policy covers ayendafitness.com and the Ayenda Fitness member app. Ayenda Fitness operates a gym, sauna, snow room, pool and café in Kemenuh, Sukawati, Gianyar Regency, Bali.

What we collect

• Membership details — name, contact details and membership type, collected when you sign up at reception or in the app.
• Visit records — check-in times and class bookings, used to run the gym and manage class capacity.
• Café orders — what you ordered and the table or pickup number, kept for billing and accounting.
• Payments — we record the amount, method and date. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

This website

The website itself does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information. It links to Instagram and Google Maps; once you follow those links, the privacy policy of that service applies.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not collect health conditions, injuries or dietary information unless you choose to give them to a trainer, and anything you do share that way is used only to coach you.

How long we keep it

Membership and payment records are kept while you are a member and afterwards for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires. Check-in and booking history is kept for operational reporting and then removed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your account. Financial records we are legally required to retain are the one exception. Speak to reception or message us on Instagram.
