Where it is
Ayenda is in Kemenuh, in Sukawati, about ten minutes by scooter or car from Ubud centre. It is far enough out that the building sits in actual jungle, and close enough that it is a short ride from Ubud, Mas, Sukawati or Batuan. There is parking on site.

What is on the floor
The training space is split across a machine hall and a free-weight floor. The machine hall is under a glass roof looking into the jungle, with treadmills, bikes and resistance machines. The free-weight floor has racks, benches, a full dumbbell rack, plyo boxes and a heavy bag.
A living tree trunk comes up through the middle of the free-weight floor. That is not a decorative feature — the floor was cut around it because the tree was there first. Not one tree was felled to build Ayenda.

You do not need a membership
Walk in on any day and pay for a day pass. Nothing inside is charged separately: the same pass covers the gym, the free weights, the sauna, the snow room, the cold plunge, the jacuzzi, the pool and any class on that day's schedule. Towel and water are included.
| Pass | Price | |
|---|---|---|
| Day pass | IDR 250,000 | Full run of the site for the day. |
| Day pass, kids 7–15 | IDR 150,000 | Reduced rate for children. |
| Three-day pass | IDR 650,000 | Works out at IDR 217,000 a day. |
| Weekly pass | IDR 1,100,000 | Seven days, everything included. |
| Monthly membership | IDR 2,500,000 | Best rate if you are staying a while. |
Personal-training rates are given at the front desk. Children aged 7 to 15 come in on a reduced day pass. Full detail is on the passes page.
Training and recovery in the same place
The reason most people come back is that the recovery block is a few steps from the weights rather than a drive across the island. Sauna, snow room, cold plunge, jacuzzi and pool are all within a few metres of each other. You can finish a session and be in the snow room two minutes later. That is covered in detail on the recovery page.
Hours
Open every day from 6:30 AM — until 11 PM Monday to Friday, and until 9 PM at weekends. Early sessions before the heat and late sessions after work are both comfortable; the machine hall is shaded and the jungle keeps the site cooler than central Ubud.
Getting here from Ubud
Head south-east out of Ubud towards Sukawati. The turn for Ayenda is in Kemenuh, and the plus code C7XP+3Q9 drops you at the entrance in Google Maps. Most rides from central Ubud take about ten minutes. If you are unsure, message us on Instagram and we will send the pin.
